Circular big bag is produced directly on tubular shape. This way, when is cut, only bottom piece has to be added. After this and finishing top part big bag is produced -unless if the big bag has a top skirt or filling spout. By deleting vertical seams cost can be reduced, as a step of manufacturing is avoided. This kind of FIBC is quite recent, and estimations say that it will gradually replace basic model.

Notice that circular model has reinforced loops with “twisted cross corner” system by default. This means that every extreme has its stitching point, setting each extrem of the loop in a different side of the big bag. This is made in order to reinforce the fabric incresing the resistance to tension applied by handling means.
- Because of the lack of its vertical seams, it avoids product leaks and simplifies the manufacturing.
- Its maximum diameter results from the loom dimensions.
